The meal choices for the Fireside Loudge are as follows:

1. Sliced Tenderloin: Beef tenderloin grilled to perfection, sliced, and served with a bordelaise sauce and oven roasted red potatoes.
2. Chicken Francese: The classic French dish sauteed in a lemon wine sauce and served with angel hair pasta tossed with oil and garlic.
3. Summertime Pasta: Not just for the summer months! This vegetarian dish combines penne pasta with an array of fresh vegetables tossed lightly in a pesto sauce.
