The location of this event is the Engineering Atrium (Building 9).  The presentations are to be held in a new state-of-the-art facility named the Xerox Auditorium (Room 09-2580).  This Auditorium can hold about 120 people.  Various features within the auditorium are:

3 full screens (2 can be used during a presentation)

Whiteboards

LCD projectors suspended from the ceiling

Loud-speaker system

Digital overhead projector (ELMO)

Touch-screen podium console

Presenter camera (can be directed by the console) with zoom

Audience camera (can be directed by the console) with zoom

2 “Visual feedback” LCD monitors suspended from the ceiling

Podium with 2 grounded outlets, SVGA cable, Ethernet cable, and microphone

Audience tables have Ethernet, 2 grounded outlets, and microphones

Outside of the auditorium is where the “science fair” booths are going to be set up.  These booths will have a ~6”x~3” table and grounded outlets.  If an ethernet connection is required for your booth, please let us know ASAP. Wireless access will be availible upon request. Your team should show up early (8am) to set up your booth.
