The meal choices for the Fireside Loudge are as follows:

1. London Broil Au Jus with Suateed Mushrooms, served with garlic mashed potatoes.
2. Chicken Cutlet with Red Sauce and parmesan cheese served over pasta.
3. Spinach Fusilli (spirals) with saute of sundried tomatoes, yellow peppers and artichokes with a alfredo sauce.
